Unopened packets

Unopened seed packets may be returned within 30 days of delivery when they are in their original condition.

Opened packets

Opened seed packets are not returnable unless the item arrived damaged, the wrong item was sent, or there was a fulfillment error.

Growing results

Germination and harvest results depend on soil, temperature, moisture, storage, planting depth, local climate, and gardener practices. PureSow does not guarantee germination results, plant performance, yield, or harvest timing.

Damage claims

For damaged or incorrect orders, contact support within 7 days with your order number and photos. Confirmed issues may be resolved with a refund, replacement, or store credit.
