Shipping area

PureSow ships seed packets within the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international shipping are not available at this time.

Rates and processing

Standard seed packet shipping is $3.99. Orders over $35 qualify for free shipping. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

Carrier and packaging

Seed packets ship in protective mailers through USPS Ground Advantage or a comparable tracked small-parcel service when tracking is available.

Damage or missing items

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, customers should contact support within 7 days with the order number and clear photos.
