Shipping area

PureSow MVP orders ship seed packets within the contiguous United States only. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international shipping are outside the first launch scope.

Rates and processing

Standard seed packet shipping is $3.99. Orders over $35 qualify for free shipping when the cart meets the configured Medusa shipping rule. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

Carrier and packaging

Seed packets ship in protective mailers through USPS Ground Advantage or a comparable tracked small-parcel service when tracking is available.

Damage or missing items

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, customers should contact support within 7 days with the order number and clear photos.
